Research Mentorship

Rishika is passionate about enabling students to achieve application success, leveraging her extensive experience in the highly competitive college admissions process. 


In the 2023-2024 admissions cycle, she was accepted into 19 universities, including selective institutions such as Princeton, Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, University of Pennsylvania, Yale, and Cornell. Rishika received likely letters from both Columbia and Cornell, return letters from Yale and Columbia's admissions offices commending her stellar qualities as an applicant, and was selected off of the Caltech waitlist after her Letter of Continued Interest.


Her services include comprehensive essay reviews, in-depth application editing, activities and honors list review, interview preparation, Q&A meetings, and more. Rishika offers a highly-specialized and rigorous research mentorship service designed to guide students through every step of their academic research journey, whether they are a seasoned researcher or just beginning. With her years of experience, she assists students in acquiring and processing data, conducting thorough analyses, and reaching publishable conclusions. 


Rishika has successfully mentored over 15 research groups in fields ranging from Astrophysics to Climate Science to Aerospace Engineering. Her work has been featured in prestigious journals such as IEEE and the American Geophysical Union (AGU), alongside over five NASA-affiliated publications. 


Her robust background includes six NASA Research Internships; two NASA Headquarters Management Internships; research roles at Harvard, MIT, and the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics; and accolades such as the International USAID Science Champion Award, CERN BL4S Global Finalist, and JYEM National Grand Prize.
