2024-25 College Decision Results

Rishika is an experienced college consultant and researcher currently studying Astrophysics at Princeton University. She has served as a NASA research intern, contributing to both the Astrophysics and Planetary Science Divisions at NASA Headquarters, and has conducted independent research on interstellar turbulence modeling in the Harvard University Heller Group. At Princeton, she conducts research at the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL), where she is helping redesign the electron energy analyzer for the Magnetic Reconnection Experiment (MRX), and at the Princeton Space Physics Laboratory, where she works on a project characterizing graphene foils that can ultimately be used in next-generation electrostatic analyzers for space plasma instrumentation.

Aanya is a Molecular Biology major at Princeton University and plans to attend medical school after graduation. At Princeton, she actively contributes to The Daily Princetonian Podcast and STEM Research Journalism teams, and serves on the Undergraduate Student Government’s Mental Health and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committees, as well as the Council on Science & Technology Student Advisory Board. Her passion for scientific and medical research has led her to collaborate with the IMDEA Materials Institute and Fundação Oswaldo Cruz, focusing on virology and immunology in the Amazon region.

Akshay is a Vagelos Life Sciences and Management dual-degree student at the University of Pennsylvania, studying both Computational Biology & Finance. Akshay is passionate about creatively integrating the principles of biology with real-world issues and technological advancements to explore optimized solutions to global healthcare problems, an interest which led to him being selected to compete in the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) and the National Junior Science and Humanities Symposium (NJSHS). In his free time, Akshay enjoys reading, cooking hearty meals, and long-distance running.

Shriya is a rising junior at the University of Texas at Austin, where she is majoring in Statistics and Data Science. She has also been accepted to prestigious Computer Science programs at UCLA, UC Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon, Georgia Tech, and UIUC. With prior experience teaching a range of subjects and mentoring students through the college application process, she is passionate about helping others discover their interests and reach their full potential. In her free time, Shriya enjoys exploring Austin, playing ping pong, and attending concerts. She looks forward to working with you!
