Job Overview: The ideal candidate will have experience guiding high school students through the college application process, including essay editing, application strategy, and interview preparation. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple clients, and flexibility to conduct consultations via video calls and provide asynchronous support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Consultations: Conduct one-on-one video calls with students to discuss college application strategies, including school selection, essay topics, and application timelines.
• Essay Editing: Provide detailed, constructive feedback on college application essays and supplemental materials, ensuring clarity, authenticity, and alignment with application goals.
• Asynchronous Support: Review and edit student essays, resumes, and other application components outside of live sessions. Deliver feedback promptly and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of competitive college admissions, including selective universities, degree and honors programs, and scholarships.

Schedule:

• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on student availability.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly or per-student rates, commensurate with experience.
